Volkswagen window crank. Selling a pair (you get 2) They are black with metal frame.
Notice the knob is rivited with a metal pin. It is not snapped in like the cheap ones here on ebay that will pop off in your hand the first time you use it.

They have the look of the newer car, if the look does not match the other one, replace both ! You are getting 2 of them.
Be certain to install with window all the way up, crank knob should be forward when it stops, 3 o'clock on the drivers door, 9 o'clock on the passenger door. Not that way now? Maybe that is why it broke?
