    This is a vintage Parakeet Figurine from Japan.  (I think it is a Parakeet - but you will have to decide if that is correct.)  The bird measures approx. 10 1/2" tall and is very pretty!  I am not sure if it is made of porcelain or ceramic material.  Condition: Very nice condition with a lot of detail.  The only flaw I can find is a tiny crack at the one tree root (see up close photo).  Fast shipping with Priority Mail.  Thank you for shopping with Christine's Vintage Deals!
