Ratibor (Pol. Racibórz) to Callnberg - Liechtenstein, form card with 30pf franking.(Tariff II).   Just to avoid misunderstandings,  Callnberg - Liechtenstein is ia town in Germany.   Note the sender's 2-digits phone  number, in a town with population of  40,000+ in 1914.
