INSTALLATION
YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE LUG NUTS. THE  SIMULATOR  IS PLACED ON THE WHEEL.  JAM NUTS ARE PLACED ON THEN NUT COVERS PLACED ON THE JAM NUTS.
MATERIAL GRADE:
304-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL WITH 3-STAGE FINISHING INCLUDING HAND POLISHING.
(I do not know what "304-GRADE" means all I can tell you is they look sharp and will not rust.)
