BSA Boy Scouts of America Adjustable 40" Wide 10 Belts Never Worn or Used

I purchased these at a clean home moving sale in the fall of 2019 but they only show on them "MADE IN U.S.A." so I don't have a date of manufacturer.  The sellers at this sale said she ordered too many for her husbands troop and these were extra when he retired from the organization.  There is some tarnishing on the brass looking buckles but I don't know if it is plated and partially missing or just needs polishing or replateing.   They are all 40" wide but the buckle location is adjustable.   I don't even know if this is the current fashion.  As Is for reason noted.
